Recruitment Team Leader – Government Full Time or Part Time

As a provider to the Federal Government since 2015, On Q was reappointed to Whole of Government People Panel in 2023 and are approved suppliers for QLD and NSW Local and State governments.
This has created a unique prospect for an experienced Key Account Manager looking to lead and grow a dedicated team in this space.
What are we seeking:
- An excellent cultural fit, who enjoys leading from the front & setting the pace for the team and prepared to jump in and assist the team when needed.
- Experienced in a similar “government” recruitment sector, ideally with exposure to both Contracting & Permanent.
- Leadership experience, key account management or demonstrated experience of building key account relationships.
- Track record in achieving outcomes in the government sectors recruitment.
- A commitment to quality & upholding our high service levels.
