Key Responsibilities Of The Role
* Maintain, track, escalate and close IT service requests.
* Provide technical assistance for a diverse range of IT assets.
* Manage acquisition, provision, maintenance and support of computer hardware and software applications.
* Oversee asset management processes including provisioning and ordering hardware.
* Assist with cyber security awareness and education.
* Collaborate in the creation and delivery of IT documentation, guides and user training.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
* Minimum two years' experience in customer service or helpdesk environment.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or currently undertaking or willing to pursue further study.
* Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Products including Office365.
* Excellent customer service and communication skillsets.
