Role Type: Part Time Leave Coverage Contract Until Sep,2026 (Possibility of Extension)
Must be Flexible across all shifts - AM, PM & Nights - 20 hours fortnight
About The Role
We are building a great team of carers who are passionate about delivering person‐centred care to our residents with dignity and respect. We aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment where our staff and residents thrive! Work with a great team in an established Residential Aged Care community.
* Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Work as part of a team; collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
* Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
About You
* Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* Must have experience in Aged Care or in a similar role
* First Aid Certificate (desirable)
* Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Must be available to work at least one of the below shift patterns in full
