Job Role Overview
Ausco Modular is one of Australia's leading providers of transportable hire and modular construction solutions, supporting major projects in infrastructure, education, and construction.
Your role will involve providing accounts payable data entry support to the business by processing supplier invoices, assisting the team in managing all incoming emails, and reconciling supplier statements.
* Checking and processing supplier invoices to match against purchase orders
* Ensuring all supplier invoices are tax compliant in accordance with ATO requirements
* Monitoring and maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Managing approvals and referring queries back to the branch to ensure on-time payment of supplier invoices
After completing training and achieving confidence in the role, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
