As a Strategy Manager specialising in partnerships, you’ll play a key role managing and delivering value from Endeavour’s current and future strategic partnerships.
You will provide strategic thought leadership in partnerships, including driving a focus on growth and value creation within our partnership with Woolworths, and through identifying new commercial partnering opportunities.

Here’s a snapshot of the Strategy Manager's responsibilities
1. Work with existing Partnership Leads to articulate a clear and compelling strategy that maximises the value delivered from their partnership
2. Provide strategic thought leadership that delivers partnership growth by identifying and evaluating future partnering opportunities (with Woolworths or other potential partners)
3. Inject strategic and innovative thinking into issues arising with respect to our partnership agreements
4. Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
Now let’s talk about you
5. Ideally you'll have 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or a similar relevant field
6. Outstanding academic record and social achievements
7. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management
8. Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
9. Experience in commercial and and financial analytics and quantitative modelling
10. Consumer market experience and/or retail experience would also be highly desirable
