Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team in a part-time capacity (2 to 3 days a week). Working independently and reporting to the Chief Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Human Resource Adviser will work closely with management and employees to ensure that our organization is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
* Work closely with management and employees to ensure that our organization is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
* Provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
* Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resource Adviser role or similar.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with Employment Hero HRIS will be advantageous).
