Clinical Leadership Position
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing Clinical Guidance: Lead a team of registered nurses and care coordinators in delivering high-quality care to residents.
2. Resident Assessments: Undertake assessments and case conferencing in line with standards to ensure accurate and timely care planning.
3. Documentation: Complete, review, and update relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
4. Motivation and Development: Motivate, train, and develop clinical team members to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and quality indicators are met.
The successful candidate will possess AHPRA Registered Nurse registration, previous leadership experience, up-to-date knowledge of achieving accreditation standards, and the ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines.
