Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex data to improve business strategy.
* Develop/automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs (Tableau).
* Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Work cross-functionally to align on performance levers and data needs.
* Quickly escalate and resolve customer-impacting or risk issues.
* Financial Services experience (must)
* Strong in Data Analysis and Visualization (Tableau)
* Proficient in SQL, Cloud Environments (Snowflake)
* Bonus: Python/SAS experience
* Strong communication and ability to present insights
