With your assistance as a mini-bus driver, elderly residents living at HammondCare Miranda Residential Aged Care will enjoy short outings as you drive them around the local community. You will be accompanied by one of our care staff who will look after the residents' care needs. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
