About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Knead, mature, cut, mold, mix, and shape dough and pastry goods.
* Prepare a variety of cake and pastry fillings.
* Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
* Oversee the entire cake and pastry production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
* Glaze buns and pastries and decorate cakes using cream, icing, and other techniques.
* Operate baking machines and equipment safely and effectively.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct quality control of raw materials and accurately weigh ingredients.
* Ensure proper stock rotation of ingredients and monitor expiration dates of perishable products.
* Collaborate with the team to coordinate production and delivery of orders.
* Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries about our products.
