Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Salary:
* A competitive hourly rate of $36.39-$51.09 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians, ensuring high-quality people-focused care. They will also demonstrate competencies in complex nursing care within a multidisciplinary team and effective clinical communication using various means.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
* Postgraduate qualifications in Child & Family Health or equivalent
* Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and individualized person-centered care
* Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including professional development and commitment to maintaining competence
