The role of a Business Operations Assistant is to support the team in ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks. This involves carrying out on-site administration functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll for employees in a timely manner.
* Maintaining accounts payable workflow by creating requisitions.
* Collaborating with suppliers on procurement queries.
* Coordinating stationery orders, site consumables, purchase orders, uniform orders, expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and ad-hoc requests.
* Updating the digital directory and forms platform.
* Providing support to the travel team with accommodation and flight bookings.
* Preparing monthly accruals and assisting with end-of-month tasks within deadlines.
