Our client is a reputable and highly regarded organisation within the property investment sector. We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Assistant to join the team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This is a business that has some very exciting projects happening in the commercial property world. A great team environment which is professional yet fun and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Manage telephone enquiries, incoming correspondence, and email communications
* Maintain and update office systems, records, and databases
* Greet clients, set up meeting rooms and maintain the office area
* Support general office operations
You will need proven experience in an administrative or office support role, strong organisational and time‑management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information with discretion and a professional demeanour and strong attention to detail.
