Skills and Experience
What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in software development across the full lifecycle
* Strong skills in Python, Java, C++, or C#
* Experience with Git or similar repositories
* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes
* Experience working across Windows and/or Linux environments
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* NV1 clearance
Nice to Have
* Experience with Defence or regulated environments
* Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps pipelines
* Knowledge of secure coding and system hardening
* Exposure to accreditation or compliance processes
