As our Customer Service Manager/Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our retail and B2B operations. You'll manage a team to deliver exceptional in-store customer service, build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, and ensure seamless operations for our business customers.
Key responsibilities include:
B2B Client Management:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring their requirements are consistently met.
* Manage bulk orders, coordinate logistics, and oversee the delivery of customised solutions for clients.
* Collaborate with business clients to provide tailored recommendations and streamline their procurement processes.
Retail Excellence:
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
* Drive sales and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and inspire a team of customer service representatives to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate a positive work environment.
In the operational management role, you will ensure seamless coordination of systems and processes across purchasing, sales, and dispatch. You'll handle escalated customer issues effectively and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
