Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Performance Test Engineers to join a high-performing team. This long-term contract offers the opportunity to work on cutting‐edge systems that demand reliability, scalability, and speed. What you'll work on:
* Lead performance testing and tuning activities using tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
* Support services through all lifecycle stages, including system design consulting, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
* Monitor and analyse system metrics with tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
* Design and maintain scalable and highly available system architectures.
* Drive improvements in change management, capacity planning, and incident response processes.
* Deliver automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and improve service resilience.
* Work collaboratively within a Scrum team focused on operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
* JMeter or other performance engineering tools.
* WebLogic, Oracle Databases, and cloud‐native services.
* Linux and Windows platforms.
* Strong capability in scripting, automation, and service reliability engineering.
Desirable Skills:
* UX testing experience.
* Familiarity with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in agile environments.
