Ensuring the JCU network infrastructure and physical networking assets are operational and functional across all JCU campuses to meet the operational needs of the University.If you\'re passionate about technology and eager to be part of a high-performance, innovative team, we\'d love to have you on board.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEDegree qualifications or a combination of relevant experience and education.Qualifications and experience in line with the appropriate Higher Education Worker Level as provided in the Enterprise Agreement.Demonstrated experience in supporting LAN and wireless technologies in large complex enterprise environments, and the ability to further develop into all required areas.Demonstrated well-developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills relating to complex IP network environments with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software packages and an ability to adapt to other desktop software quickly.WHY JCU?
