Job Title: Scheduling and Sales Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing administration team as a Scheduling and Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing bookings, scheduling photography and videography sessions, and managing auction calendars.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively with internal staff and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate marketing bookings with internal employees and external suppliers
* Liaison Services: Liaise with external suppliers regarding marketing adjustments/corrections
* Calendar Management: Manage the internal auction and photography calendars
* Documentation Support: Manage documentation and material for upcoming auctions & open for inspections
* Property Content Creation: Using property images & descriptions to create various property related documents
* Marketing Material Development: Providing administration support in the creation of property brochures and other marketing collateral
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of administration experience, including scheduling and diary management (essential)
* Exceptional customer service experience
* Real Estate experience (desirable but not essential)
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
