* Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
* Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
* Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
* Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standardsFostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
