LJ Hooker Nerang | LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast Property Management team is proud to boast a healthy and well managed rent roll. With recent growth of the business, we now seek the services of an experienced Full Time Property Investment Manager to manage a medium sized portfolio.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Inspection duties
* Managing a portfolio with an assistant, end to end, no leasing
* Routine Inspections, conducting regular inspections of properties under management in your portfolio
* Entry/Exit Inspections, conducting detailed inspections/reporting at the start/end of each tenancy in your portfolio
Software
* Experience with AILO is an advantage
* Competent with Realworks or similar
* Competent with Inspection Express an advantage
* 3CX knowledge an advantage
Other Experience/Attributes
* High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Effective time management skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
* Strong focus on customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills
