Our client, a leading commercial organisation is seeking a skilled **Training Developer/Instructional Designer** to join their Resource and Capability branch.

This role is essential for designing and delivering eLearning content that enhances workforce capabilities and meets evolving business and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design and Develop Training Materials**: Create and maintain eLearning content tailored to learner and business needs.
- **Set Learning Objectives**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define clear, measurable goals for training programs.
- **Instructional Design**: Develop courses, curricula, and training manuals that align with adult learning principles.
- **Content Layout and Interactivity**: Structure learning materials for engagement, including videos, graphics, quizzes, and simulations.
- **Facilitate Training**: Deliver face-to-face training sessions as needed.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (desirable).
- Proven experience as a Training Developer or Instructional Designer.
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and eLearning content development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Share
Point.
- Expertise in tools like Articulate (Rise 360 and Storyline) or similar software.
- Experience in HR systems (Aurion) is an advantage.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and writing.
