Executive Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Field all incoming calls and enquiries and provide diary management and client management support to the leadership team.
* Provide periodic customer check-ins, contract renewal follow-ups, and help desk enquiry responses.
* Maintain oversight across company divisions and coordinate weekly stand-up meetings.
* Assist with the maintenance of project management tools and ensure teams meet project deadlines.
* Help ensure good communication is maintained across teams.
Requirements
* Demonstrated background in customer service or sales, particularly with the management of long-term client relationships.
* Relationship management skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Technical application and analytical skills: sound knowledge of digital product suites (training provided) and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Tenacious follow-up and organisation skills: large volumes of warm lead enquiries will need to be managed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Tertiary background in environmental management or occupational health and safety is desirable but not compulsory.
* Sound understanding of climate change and risk management (environmental and safety) and its impact on business.
