Change Management Expertise
Deliver transformative change within complex environments, leveraging expertise in PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar frameworks. Ensure NV1 clearance is mandatory for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to drive business outcomes.
2. Design engaging communications, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to boost adoption and benefits realisation.
3. Conduct thorough change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform business unit decisions.
4. Monitor and report on performance outcomes, providing expert advice on change management methodologies and best practices.
5. Collaborate with project teams, executives, and stakeholders to align change efforts and foster a culture of adaptability and learning.
6. Utilize digital adoption tools to develop and execute effective communication strategies.
7. Lead change readiness assessments and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
8. Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in change management.
9. Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with organisational standards.
10. Contribute to the development and growth of the Change Management Practice, including knowledge transfer to staff and other contributions to practice building.
