About the team and what you'll be doing
Our Adult Community Mental Health team provides triage, assessment, intervention and responsive care to support people experiencing mental health challenges across the community, community sector and primary care settings. Working in close partnership with other service providers and agencies, the team delivers assertive, timely and holistic evidence-based care aligned with MNCLHD and Ministry of Health policies and directives. This is a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values shared expertise, professional respect and positive outcomes for clients.
