Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, secure, scalable, and future‑ready infrastructure, along with the following additional responsibilities:
* Network Design and Implementation covering LAN, WAN, VPN, WiFi and SDWAN with trusted vendors including Fortinet, Cisco, HP and Ubiquiti.
* Cloud Networking in AWS and Azure with VPCs, VNets, hybrid connectivity and SaaS integration.
* Troubleshooting and Optimisation through advanced escalation, root cause analysis, proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
* Security and Compliance applying zero trust architecture, firewall segmentation, encryption and regulatory alignment.
* Architecture and Strategy for enterprise IT design, emerging technology evaluation and OT and IT network rollout.
* Documentation and Leadership with clear standards, detailed diagrams and mentoring to strengthen IT teams.
Be part of the solution
* Considerable experience in network engineering at a senior level.
* Certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or CCNP+ highly regarded.
* Experience working with Operational Technology (OT) is required.
* Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and deliver results.
