We are seeking a dedicated, organised and self-motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our JELD-WEN team, based at Rowville, VIC.
Key Tasks:
processing vendor Invoices accurately and timely
month-end activities
assist with input and processing of stocktake counts
Scanning and filing client invoices
process new vendor set-up
Key skills & knowledge:
Ideally you'll have experience in a finance administration role but we are open to considering someone who has administration and/or data entry experience. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
excellent communication skills both verbal and written
proficiency in using computer systems and programs - MS Office skills essential
a systematic, methodical and process-orientated approach to your work
pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
flexibility and willingness to support others and upskill yourself in other team members duties to cover leave
ability to work well in a small team environment as well as work autonomously
have a positive customer service ethic when dealing with both internal and external customers
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, core business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm however we can offer flexible start and finish times as well as up to two days per week can be worked from home.
