Requirements for this role

* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
* Expected salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Responsibilities
* Be a hands‑on Experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our service team in Kewdale.
* Serve as a working foreman – on the tools every day alongside our service technicians.
* Supervise operations, mentor the team, and ensure every job is done right.
Qualifications
* Any relevant trade certificate is beneficial for this Workshop Foreman position.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of automotive/caravan service experience is required.
* Caravan/RV specific experience is essential for this role.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
