Responsibilities
* Lead a team to manage NEW's Drinking Water Management systems and ensure the delivery of safe drinking water for customers.
* Drive operational system improvements related to drinking water compliance, strategy and product quality management.

Key Selection Criteria
* Experience and knowledge relating to delivery of safe drinking water, including Quality Management systems.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and support your team to succeed.
* Experience and knowledge relating to water resource management, for example monitoring of bulk entitlements and water trading.
* Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment and reticulation processes.
* Excellent verbal and written reporting skills, with the ability to customise reports for diverse audiences, including senior management, government agencies and the public.

Position Information
* Attractive salary range of $104,078 to $116,623 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience. This is a full-time, ongoing position.
* Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
* Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
