Business Operations Assistant

Job Description:
* Carry out a mix of duties including administrative tasks, hands-on work, and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
* Perform daily parts runs, packing, shipping, and freight operations.
* Manage employee mine-site inductions, assist with report writing, marketing, and advertising, as well as accounts payable & receivable duties.
* Utilize exceptional IT skills, organisational & prioritisation skills, and a keen desire to learn new skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional IT skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
* A strong desire to learn and develop new skills, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
