Location: Sydney | Sector: Hospitality & Real Estate | Executive Leadership Role
An established and growing private group is seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function across a portfolio of hospitality and hotel assets. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, capital planning, investor reporting, and financial governance to support long-term growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with business goals and investor objectives.
* Oversee group reporting, financial planning, and performance analysis across multiple sites.
* Manage capital expenditure, funding initiatives, and treasury operations.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and risk management frameworks.
* Engage with stakeholders including investors, boards, banks, and operational leaders.
About You:
* CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years of senior finance experience in hospitality, property, or operating businesses.
* Demonstrated success in capital planning, funding, and performance leadership.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
