Key Job Responsibilities
The Internal Communications Officer plays a vital role in supporting our frontline teams to excel. Fostering a culture of excellence, this role assists in managing effective operational and divisional communications.
Main Tasks:
* Drive timely and accurate communications for frontline teams, incorporating strategic business messaging and critical updates.
* Support delivery of communication and engagement plans to embed important changes and drive connection for contact centre teams.
* Draft operational alerts, leader briefs, divisional updates, and newsletters.
* Assist with content creation for internal platforms.
* Share insights and analytics with stakeholders and contribute to monthly reporting.
* Triage, review, and update scripting and procedures for contact centre teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Other key responsibilities include assisting with quality assurance audits to ensure knowledge management administrators adhere to governance frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need highly developed written and verbal communication skills. You must also be able to learn new systems and tools quickly and have the ability to work autonomously. Initiative, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
