Job Title:
Planning Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Planning Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and allocate workforce resources for shutdowns and project work,
Maintain systems, personnel rosters, and crew databases,
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth work schedules and labour planning,
Management of labour hire workflows,
Labour forecasting,
Track and report on workforce data daily, weekly, and monthly,
Leave balance management,
Payroll and Invoicing approvals.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the resources sector, particularly in planning, recruitment, mobilisation, or site administration is desirable but not required,
Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel,
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities,
Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
