This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT seeking a contractor-style arrangement with true work-life balance and clinical independence. ð¥ About the Role As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will: Deliver community-based occupational therapy services across metropolitan Melbourne Manage a varied caseload including NDIS, TAC, Medicare, WorkSafe, and private clients Conduct functional capacity assessments, intervention planning, and progress reviews Provide assistive technology recommendations and home modification assessments Support clients with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and functional needs Deliver services in home, community, and selected clinic settings Work within your agreed travel radius to ensure sustainable workload and lifestyle balance Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting in line with funding requirements Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision ⨠What’s on Offer?
