Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Estimate and forecast monthly revenue
Oversee and manage marketing budgets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and consumer behaviour
Develop and manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve website traffic and sales
Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Analyse website data and make recommendations for website optimisation and improvements
Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
Stay up-to-date with new digital marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce setting
Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
Advanced understanding of PPC (especially Google Ads), ideally from in-house e-commerce experience, is a requirement
Experience with SEO and SEM campaigns, email marketing, social media management and online advertising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge and experience in Excel and Google Spreadsheets will be an advantage

Compensation
Salary range $70,000 – $80,000 AUD per year.
