Job description for Bendigo Bank’s Community Bank Gin Gin, Bundaberg region. This is a Permanent, Full Time role with a 76-hour fortnight roster.
Your role as a Home Lending Specialist (internally: Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs. You’ll support first home buyers creating a plan to purchase, or assist a seasoned investor through the lending journey, helping customers achieve their financial goals.
In this dynamic role, you’ll make your mark by:
- Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM
- Guiding customers through the lending process to provide peace of mind and support their goals
- Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to drive positive lending outcomes
- Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes
- Embracing lifelong learning with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities
- Building connections and supporting the community while delivering great customer service
This position is located at Community Bank Gin Gin and will see you working across the Bundaberg region in a hybrid/mobile capacity.
The role is Permanent, Full Time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- High level understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Understanding of small business offerings
- Consumer lending experience – essential
