Regional Support officer required for a 4-month temporary assignment - South East location

**Your new role**You will be responsible for:
- Process and close out requests from the inbox and/or ticketing system within set timeframes.
- Redirect or escalate queries as needed to provide timely solutions.
- Assisting with procurement-related tasks, including paperwork preparation for the finance team, procurement paperwork, spreadsheets, and reports for spending review, and maintaining complete records.
- Oversee business support services such as mail, couriers, stationery, catering, local travel, and ad hoc consumables, ensuring proper documentation for finance.
- Review and process catering orders, maintaining necessary paperwork for finance and following up on any issues.
- Assist the team leader with administrative tasks related to projects.
- Attend to delegated tasks and responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain documentation, including procedures and the intranet, conducting regular reviews and updates.
- Provide administrative support and event coordination for employee experience activities and support for organisational events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, customer service-focused function.
- Provide backup support to the reception desk as needed.
**What you'll need to succeed**Previous experience in a reception role will lead you to success, as will:
- Customer Orientation: Fosters and nurtures strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Applies operational guidelines, expertise, and experience to resolve issues. Searches for pertinent information, uncovers root causes, and suggests alternative solutions to customers.

- Technical Skills: Possesses intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
