About the Role:
* Carry out all wheel alignment duties accurately and carefully.
* Assist with tyre fitments and repairs as required.
* Maintain and exceed productivity and quality standards.
* You’ll work with pride, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their vehicle’s safety and performance.
* Adhere to OH&S policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
* Previous experience in a wheel alignment role (dealership experience highly desirable).
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive “can-do” attitude and pride in your work.
* Commitment to ongoing training and career growth.
* A current driver’s licence.
