To succeed in this position, you should be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of organization, and provide exceptional customer service. Experience in using job scheduling software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
About the Role
* Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently book and manage technician schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Client Communication: Answer inbound calls, assist customers with enquiries, and provide exceptional service.
* Lead Management & Follow-Ups: Engage with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
* Data Entry & Workflow Management: Accurately record bookings, job details, and technician assignments in our system.
* Invoicing & Payment Assistance: Assist with invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate financial records.
