The Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to DoseAid's customers through efficient communication, coordination and issue resolution. This role acts as the primary conduit between customers, couriers and internal teams (production, scheduling and accounts) - ensuring smooth delivery of DoseAid's service promise. This position manages a broad range of operational and administrative tasks including order entry, production scheduling, medicine documentation, invoicing and credit management and report administration.

What you will do:

* Manage all inbound and outbound communication with customers across email/phone
* Maintain a strong customer focus and represent DoseAid's values in all interactions
* Support account maintenance activities including updates to contact details, delivery schedules and service notes.
* Manage incoming customer order files and ensure accurate system updates
* Prepare, verify and process invoices and credits
* Liase with production and quality teams to ensure medicine files are current, validated and compliant

What we are looking for:

* Customer focused team member with a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service/administrative role preferably within pharmaceuticals/healthcare
* Experience using Microsoft excel and teams
* Experience using Saleforce, or willingness to learn
* Eye for detail - this role handles medicine files and accuracy
