Band 1 - base salary of $64,032 per annum (plus super)
TasNetworks has a number of traineeship opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Customer Services and Connection Services teams.
As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and delivering a great service experience. Throughout your traineeship, you'll:
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and digital channels
- Process service requests and maintain accurate customer records
- Provide timely and clear customer communication, especially during power outages
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, building strong working relationships
- Ensure data accuracy in line with National Electricity Market requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
About you
We're looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. You'll also bring:
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- The ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
