Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of expertise on our Morita/Kuraray solutions
* Build and enhance our brand identity and trust, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experience
* Continue to develop and grow new and existing trusted partnerships with external customers to support their clinical experience and business growth
* Work closely and build confidence with our territory managers to support both new and existing business and support our "Rely On US" approach
* Achievement of monthly and annual sales for our Morita/Kuraray portfolio
* Identify market trends and growth opportunities
* Development of in-depth knowledge of the Morita/Kuraray offering to provide ongoing training and support to both sales field team and customers
* Representation of Henry Schein at relevant industry exhibitions, study groups, open days etc.
The successful candidate will have
* Experience working in the dental industry
* Proven history of consultative sales success (ideally)
* Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
* Impeccable interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with a range of internal customers and external service providers to achieve required outcomes
* A highly motivated individual who can work independently and without direct supervision
* Previous experience working with Pronto and Salesforce (desirable)
* Ability to travel on a regular basis
