OverviewGlobally renowned events business is hiring a Senior Expo Sales Manager to join their sponsorship sales team across a flagship expo portfolio.
This role focuses on selling into the Spanish market, so fluent Spanish is essential.

Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 base DOE + uncapped commission + excellent benefits.ResponsibilitiesGrow relationships with key accounts by planning and tailoring marketing activities using a consultative approach to increase year-on-year spendGenerate new business, expand the pipeline, and bring on new prospectsSell high-value sponsorship and exhibition opportunitiesPitch clients via phone and face-to-face meetingsAttend competitor events and travel as needed (to the US, Asia, and the Middle East)Act as a market specialist with knowledge sourced from internal and external resourcesUtilise consultative, solution-led selling to close dealsQualifications7+ years in B2B sponsorship sales, ideally with large-scale expos delivering £1m+ revenue per yearFluent in SpanishStrong new business and account management capabilitiesDegree educated (ideal)Excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving high revenue targetsStrong consultative sales approachNotesSalary from other roles within events listed for reference: Events - Sales (£35,000–£38,000 + uncapped commission), (£45,000–£60,000 + uncapped commission); Content - Editorial - Marketing - Sales (£35,000–£40,000); Events - Finance (£90,000–£120,000) etc.
