COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE …
From check-in to "see you again," our Front Office team will ensure guests are happy from their first moment till their last. As the Night Auditor, you are someone who can rock the night away and reimagine how guest service looks for those who don't hit the hay before midnight. Night audit is a given and we need to get that right, but there's more to it.
What Does Your Workday Look Like …
* Come as you are and always have fun with our people every day;
* Even when you're at the reception late at night, you'll make sure that guests aren't just contented, but enthusiastic;
* Make sure that the cash register accounts are done and the day's receipts are checked before everybody wakes up again;
* Be available through the night as a contact person for all our guests' needs;
* Make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes are on point;
* Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the AM crew.
Qualifications
We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …
* You've completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some management experience and can speak English fluently;
* You can inspire your team just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve;
* You're a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it;
* You're not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
