We’re looking for a motivated, organised and proactive Receptionist / Office Coordinator to become the welcoming face and office operations backbone of our business. This is more than a front desk role — you’ll play an important part in supporting our people, clients, and day-to-day office operations.

About the Role
You’ll work closely across our Sales, Property Management and Operations teams, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and creating a professional, welcoming first impression
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding of team members
* Providing administrative support to Sales and Property Management teams
* Managing coding, landlord billing, and marketing charges accurately
* Preparing settlement gifts, anniversary communications, and client personal touch points
* Coordinating weekly auction preparation
* Maintaining office organisation and presentation standards
* Managing internal office stock, supplies, and supplier coordination
* Supporting contracts administration and general office admin tasks
* Assisting with environmental initiatives and business-wide programs
