Service Scheduler - Home Care
Role Overview
As a Service Scheduler you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care tailored to their unique needs.
Working closely with our Care Facilitators and care workers you will be responsible for coordinating schedules maintaining service consistency and fostering exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by treating clients with respect, compassion and cultural sensitivity.
Schedule and organise Care Partner rosters to effectively meet customer needs while adhering to Baptistcare Enterprise Agreement requirements.
Maintain data integrity and documentation in accordance with legislative and organisational standards.
Promote a safe work environment by following Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Skills Attributes Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum one year of experience in aged care or similar environment.
Proven experience in allocation and scheduling of services.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong decision-making and organisational abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience with customer databases.
Knowledge of Home Care programs.
