Role Overview
This role contributes to a partner's Government practice, focusing on Aboriginal land claims and Native Title, as well as high-stakes property matters in South Australia.
* Aboriginal land claims and Native Title
* High-stakes property matters
* Work closely with the partner on complex property transactions for government and private sector clients
* Act regularly for State Government authorities, state-owned corporations, and local councils on land acquisition and disposal
* Handle compulsive acquisitions, easements, covenants, subdivisions, caveats, contaminated land, and public road matters
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property matters, including Aboriginal land claims and Native Title. They will also be responsible for handling complex property transactions, working closely with the partner and other team members.
