Loader Operator Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team based in Margaret River.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating front-end loaders, assisting with daily concrete batching operations, monitoring product quality, and performing basic plant maintenance.
The successful applicant will have a valid Front-End Loader Ticket and be willing to learn and upskill into a Batching Operator role.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate front-end loader to load materials into the plant and trucks
* Assist with daily concrete batching operations
* Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
* Opportunity to be upskilled into batching operations
About You:
* Valid Front-End Loader Ticket (essential)
* Willingness to learn and upskill into a Batching Operator role
* Able to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
