The Opportunity
We\'re on the lookout for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you\'ll work with clients experiencing a wide range of communication and swallowing challenges-helping them build confidence, independence, and quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assessing and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders
* Delivering tailored therapy across speech, language, fluency, voice and literacy
* Supporting clients with complex needs including disability, injury or developmental conditions
* Designing and implementing individual and group therapy programs
* Working closely with families, carers, educators and other professionals
* Contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care approach
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Registration (or eligibility) to practice in Australia
* Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
* A team-focused mindset with the confidence to work autonomously
