Work as a skilled Field Service Technician with our client to install, maintain and repair telecommunication equipment in the Perth metro area and Western Australia. This full-time position offers a permanent role with Monday to Friday working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain telecommunications equipment on-site, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, field operations, and provisioning staff to provide exceptional customer support.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems to determine effective solutions.
* Produce detailed reports of all service interactions and activities.
* Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures for workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
* A minimum of previous experience as an Internet Installation Technician or similar role is preferred.
* Possess current qualifications in senior first aid, police clearance, white card, and working at heights.
* Hold current yellow card, elevated work platform, and restricted/open registration cabling licence, including structured endorsement if possible.
* Previous experience with network equipment from vendors such as Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Netonix, SIAE, SAF, NEC, and Ignitenet is highly regarded.
* Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in internal customer management systems, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Suite.
* Display a positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
