Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualifications.
* The NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
* Excellent safety awareness and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
* Strong teamwork attitude, excellent time management, and ability to follow strict safety procedures.
* A passion for delivering quality care services and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
